LIVING TRUST PACKAGES

Once we review a client’s situation and objectives, we are able to recommend an appropriate estate plan. For many, if not most, our standard Living Trust package will suit their needs.

We offer our standard Living Trust Package for a single person for $995.00. This package includes the following items:

• Revocable Living Trust
• Certificate of Trust
• Pour-over Will
• Living Will
• Medical Power of Attorney
• one (1) Deed to transfer real property into your Living Trust
• Letter for you to take to banks, stock brokers, etc... requesting that ownership of certain items be transferred over to your Living Trust
• Detailed instructions on how to properly fund your Living Trust

Our standard Living Trust Package is $1,500.00 for a married couple. This package includes the following items:

• Revocable Living Trust (w/ sections on the appropriate marital estates)
• Certificate of Trust
• Pour-over Will for each spouse
• Living Will for each spouse
• Medical Power of Attorney for each spouse
•one (1) Deed to transfer real property into your Living Trust
• Letter for you to take to banks, stock brokers, etc... requesting that ownership of certain items be transferred over to your Living Trust
• Detailed instructions on how to properly fund your Living Trust

For our clients that so desire, we can also have a legal assistant handle the funding of your Living Trust by making sure that titles of the various assets are transferred to your Living Trust. This service is provided at a rate of $150.00 per hour.

Please keep in mind that if we recommend a more advanced structure for your estate plan, the above-quoted packages will not be entirely appropriate for your needs. In these circumstances, we will need to provide you with a more detailed and customized estimate of our fees and costs to implement your estate plan.
